We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team in our Amsterdam head office.

We are looking for someone who is always aiming to exceed expectations. Who has a natural affinity with our brand and product, who recognises themselves in our aesthetic and wants to help bring our message across.  

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with followers, fans and customers in order to foster a sense of community, enhance brand loyalty and drive engagement online. Platforms currently involved are Instagram/Facebook, Pinterest and Tiktok.


Acting as the liason between Blush and its audience, you act as the voice and moderator of the brand through online community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust. You create, design, plan and share brand content on all relevant social media platforms in line with marketing strategies.


Content creation is now mostly done during and based on brand campaign productions. Besides working with the output of that, one of your responsibilities will be to ongoingly create “real” content. This could be the coverage of a customers story behind their purchase, images of looks and styles on people in daily life, a piece on the creation of our jewellery or a campaign, anything. And you will set up and manage influencer marketing alongside this that will provide another form of new content for Blush, as well as explore possibilities for partnerships and collaborations.


Next to social media, you will have several eCommerce specific responsibilities. You manage email marketing: creating campaigns to push relevant content online along the marketing roadmap and eCommerce objectives. Optimising the email templates by ongoing A/B testing and creating and optimising email automation & personalisation. You create and design content for the Blush journal on all things related to the brand. You oversee the writing of SEO copy for collection page descriptions and image alt tags and incidentally write short pieces of copy (for newsletters and such) yourself.

You are passionate about personal stories and bringing people together in a meaningful way. You can work independently and enjoy both the creative as well as the strategic side of the job. Requirements and Skills:

  • 2 - 3 years work experience as a community manager 
  • Excellent communicator
  • Analytical ability
  • Digital and innovative savvy 
  • Market research 
  • Domain knowledge
  • Full Dutch and English proficiency, both speaking and writing
  • Photography and videography experience 
  • PR experience is a plus!

What is expected of you?
The gold brand Blush, exclusive silver brand Ti Sento, and the trendy brands Guess Watches, Gc and Guess jewellery have a shop-in- shop at the Bijenkorf in Amsterdam and The Hague. To this end, we are looking for enthusiastic, presentable and responsible shop managers. As shop manager, you are the perfect host/woman of the shop. In doing so, you are co-responsible for the store image, inventory, sales and the employees of the respective shop. You ensure that customers always receive the best possible service. As shop manager, you create a good atmosphere on the store floor and are able to motivate the team to good performance. Working hours will be determined by mutual agreement (min. 32 hours - max. 40 hours) and fall during Bijenkorf's business hours.
Duties include:

Coordinate shop

  • Ensure proper execution of the annual Sales and Marketing Calendar;
  • Coordinate and execute promotional actions in the shop;
  • Responsible for the reordering of items with the aim of perfect assortment and excellent stock;
  • Maintaining contact with the Bijenkorf on the one hand and Venson headquarters on the other.

Sales calls and customer contact

  • Making sales calls and giving personal advice to our customers;
  • Ensuring a positive long-term relationship with our clients;

    We are looking for sales associates for our shop in shop in the Bijenkorf Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Maastricht and Eindhoven. In our shop in shops, we sell Blush Jewels, Blush Diamonds, Ti Sento, 24Kae, Guess, Guess Jewellery and GC. As a sales representative of luxury products jewellery and watches, you are the ultimate hostess/host. You provide an open, inviting atmosphere and welcome customers with a smile and helpful approach. You are known for your attention to detail, high standards and professionalism. You are presentable and understand the importance of a positive brand experience, regardless of whether a visit leads to a sale. Therefore, you always make every effort to provide customers with the best possible service. You think with them and ensure that they feel helped and valued. Every customer you have helped leaves the shop feeling happy, looking forward to the next visit. From personal interest, you are aware of trends in fashion and accessories. With a natural sense of style, you will advise with confidence and taste. According to our brands, it is essential that window displays are perfectly maintained. You start and end the day by checking that and taking care of it if necessary. And throughout the day you keep track of this. Clean, radiant showcases filled with gleaming jewellery and watches that have been carefully laid out, possibly supported by marketing materials. Information that customers share with you is valuable to continue optimizing our brands and shop. From a common reaction to a particular product about its design or wearing comfort, for example, to a type of product that is in high demand but not there. You are someone who loves to get down to business and is energized by connecting with people. You become happy when you can give another person a nice day. In addition, you are/have:
    • Minimum 2 years of working experience in retail - preferably in luxury products
