No problem, your agreement with Blush Jewels can be revoked within 30 days of receipt. If you wish to return an order, you may return the product in its original condition and (if reasonably possible) packaging, with label attached. (The item must not have been worn). Within this period, you can return the jewellery without charge. How do I return an item?

Would you like to return an item? You can register your return online through the portal, after which you can drop the shipment off at a service point for free.

Please note that engraved jewellery may not be returned.

Can I return the items using another carrier?
Through our return portal it is possible to return the products free of charge. If you choose to return the products via a carrier of your own choosing, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and also bear the risk of shipping. 
How soon will I be refunded after returning?
Once we have received your return, we will send you a receipt confirmation. We will refund the entire purchase price (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait to refund you until we have received the products, or until you have proven that you have sent them.
The purchase amount will be refunded with the same means of payment you used to make the purchase (as far as technically possible).
Within what time period can I return an item?
You have the right to revoke the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate the decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).

You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. We will also charge a depreciation if accessories are missing.
