If you wish to return an order, you may return the product in its original condition and (if reasonably possible) packaging, with label attached. (The item must not have been worn). Can I return the items using another carrier?
You are only liable for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. We will also charge a depreciation if accessories are missing.
