Please note; if you have placed an order with a free travel pouch included, and wish to return some or all items, note that the travel pouch must also be returned in unused condition if the order amount, after the deduction of the return shipment falls below 219 euros. If this amount falls below 219 euros and the travel pouch has not been returned we will withhold the purchase amount of 25 euros on the refund.
Your satisfaction with your Blush jewellery is important to us. Are you not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem, you can revoke your agreement with Blush Jewels within 30 days of receiving your order.
During the 30 day period, you may try on the item just like you would in a store. Do not use the item more than necessary if you are not yet sure whether you want to keep the item(s). You are liable for the depreciation in value if you have used the item in a different way than what is permitted and/or how you would be allowed to use the item in a shop, for example if the item has an attached label and you have removed this label. If you wish to return an order, you may return the item in (if possible) its original state and original packaging.

How can I return an item?
Would you like to return an item? You can register your return online via the portal, after which you can deliver the shipment free of charge to the service point.
You can register the return with the simple steps below:
Register the return in the returns portal using the order number and email address.
Select the products you want to return
Choose the carrier you want to send the return with
Confirm the return
Print the label and attach it to the box
Drop off the package at your selected service point. Keep the shipping receipt safe until the refund has been issued.
Frequently asked questions
Can I return the items with a carrier of my choice?
Through our returns portal it is possible to return products free of charge with multiple carriers. If you choose to return the products via a carrier of your choice, you are responsible for the costs of the return shipment and you also bear the risk of shipping.
How quickly will I be refunded after returning the products?
Once we have received your return shipment in good order, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. We will refund the entire purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. However, we may wait with reimbursement until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them.
The purchase amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used to make the purchase (as far as technically possible).
Within what period can I return an item?
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 30 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
Can I use the right of withdrawal?
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We will also charge a depreciation if accessories are missing.
