Your satisfaction with your Blush Jewelry is important to us. Are you not 100% satisfied with your purchase? No problem, your order with Blush Jewels can be returned within 30 days after receipt. If you want to return an order, you may return the product in its original condition and (if reasonably possible) packaging with attached label. (The article may not have been worn) Within this period you can return the jewelry free of charge. How can I return an item?

Would you like to return an item? You can register your return online via https://blush-jewels.shipping-portal.com, after which you can drop off the shipment free of charge at a PostNL service point. Please note that the orders that have been placed with Trunkers also need to be returned using PostNL, through the returns portal.

With the simple steps below you can register your return:

1. Register the return using your order number with # and postal code.

2. Give a reason for return.

3. Choose a PostNL service point.

4. Confirm the return.

5. Print the label and attach it to the box.

6. Hand over the package at your selected PostNL service point. Please keep the shipping receipt until the refund has been made.

How soon will I be refunded after return?

As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. We will refund the entire purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the return notice. However, we may wait with refunds until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them to us.

The purchase amount will be refunded using the same means of payment you used to make the purchase (to the extent technically possible).

Within what period of time can I return an item?

You have the right to cancel the agreement within a period of 30 days without giving reasons.

The cancel period expires 30 days after the day you, or a designated party, who is not the freight forwarder,  physically received the bought products.  In order to comply with the cancel period, it shall be sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancel period has expired.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you have notified us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You will be on time if you return the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

Can I exercise the right of cancel?

If you exercise your right of cancel, the product will needs to be returned to us in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).

You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We will also charge a depreciation if accessories are missing.
