Your order will be delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium by PostNL.
If you place your order on these days before 15:00 pm with delivery by PostNL, your package will still be shipped the same day.
General delivery information
If you wish you track the status of your package's shipping, this is possible using the Track & Trace link.
If you see the message “No reports were found for this combination”, it is possible the Track & Trace has not yet been processed. You can then call up the status of your package's shipping on the following business day.
If you have not yet received your order two business days after the shipping confirmation, and you still see this message, please contact our customer service, and we will be pleased to assist you.
Not at home on delivery attempt?
In that case, the courier will try to deliver your parcel to the neighbours. If this fails, the courier will leave a card with a "not at home code". You can use this code to choose a new delivery time with PostNL. You can do this until 10 pm. If you don't do anything, PostNL will in most cases come back on the next delivery day (Monday to Saturday). For deliveries using Trunkrs, the delivery driver will drop by again the next working day in the evening.
Parcel delivered to a PostNL location?
Your parcel will be kept for a fortnight at the PostNL location. After that, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
