We are looking for a Senior social media coordinator to join our team in our Amsterdam head office.

We are looking for someone who is always aiming to exceed expectations. Who has a natural affinity with our brand and product, who recognises themselves in our aesthetic and wants to help bring our message across.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with followers, fans and customers in order to foster a sense of community, enhance brand loyalty and drive engagement online. Platforms currently involved are Instagram/Facebook, Pinterest and Tiktok.
Acting as the liason between Blush and its audience, you act as the voice and moderator of the brand through online community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust. You create, design, plan and share brand content on all relevant social media platforms in line with marketing strategies.
Content creation is now mostly done during and based on brand campaign productions. Besides working with the output of that, one of your responsibilities will be to ongoingly create “real” content. This could be the coverage of a customers story behind their purchase, images of looks and styles on people in daily life, a piece on the creation of our jewellery or a campaign, anything. And you will set up and manage influencer marketing alongside this that will provide another form of new content for Blush, as well as explore possibilities for partnerships and collaborations.
Next to social media, you will have several eCommerce specific responsibilities. You manage email marketing: creating campaigns to push relevant content online along the marketing roadmap and eCommerce objectives. Optimising the email templates by ongoing A/B testing and creating and optimising email automation & personalisation. You create and design content for the Blush journal on all things related to the brand. You oversee the writing of SEO copy for collection page descriptions and image alt tags and incidentally write short pieces of copy (for newsletters and such) yourself.
You are passionate about personal stories and bringing people together in a meaningful way. You can work independently and enjoy both the creative as well as the strategic side of the job.
