Delivery in The Netherlands
Your order will be delivered free of charge in The Netherlands by PostNL and Red Je Pakketje.Place your order Monday to Friday before 15:00 using PostNL delivery to receive your delivery the next day. If you place your order from Monday until Thursday between 15:00 nd 23:59, you can select Red Je Pakketje to ensure next day delivery.
During peak days, such as Black Friday weekend, Red Je Pakketje might not be offered as a delivery method.
Delivery in Belgium
Your order will be delivered in Belgium by PostNL. The delivery usually takes about 2 working days to arrive.

How can I return an item?
Would you like to return an item? You can register your return online via https://blush-jewels.shipping-portal.com, after which you can drop off the shipment free of charge at a PostNL service point.
With the simple steps below you can register your return:
1. Register the return using your tracking code and postal code.
2. Give a reason for return.
3. Choose a PostNL service point.
4. Confirm the return.
5. Print the label and attach it to the box.
6. Hand over the package at your selected PostNL service point. Please keep the shipping receipt until the refund has been made.
How soon will I be refunded after return?
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt. We will refund the entire purchase amount as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of the return notice. However, we may wait with refunds until we have received the products, or until you have demonstrated that you have sent them to us.
The purchase amount will be refunded using the same means of payment you used to make the purchase (to the extent technically possible).
Within what period of time can I return an item?
You have the right to cancel the agreement within a period of 30 days without giving reasons.

If you exercise your right of cancel, the product will needs to be returned to us in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).
You will only be liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. We will also charge a depreciation if accessories are missing.
