Delivery in The Netherlands

Our carriers are currently experiencing some delays due to the large volume of orders. This may cause your order arrive a few days later than expected. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Your order will be delivered free of charge in The Netherlands by PostNL and Red Je Pakketje. Place your order Monday to Friday before 15:00 using PostNL delivery to receive your delivery the next day. If you place your order from Monday until Thursday between 15:00 nd 23:59, you can select Red Je Pakketje to ensure next day delivery.

Delivery in Belgium

Your order will be delivered in Belgium by PostNL. The delivery usually takes about 2 working days to arrive.

Delivery in Other countries

For orders outside of Belgium and The Netherlands countries, and within the EU the shipping costs are as follows. 

7,95  - 14,95 (you can see the exact price in your shopping cart when you fill in your address)

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing the Track & Trace code (both for PostNL and Red Je Pakketje). If you want to follow the status of the shipment of your package, this is possible via Track & Trace of PostNL.

What happens when you are not home at the time of delivery?

Both PostNL and Red Je Pakketje will attempt to deliver the package the neighbours' address. In case this is not possible, both services will try to deliver the package again on the next possible delivery day.

If you receive the message "There are no reports found for this combination", it is possible that PostNL has not yet processed the Track & Trace. In that case, you can request the status of the shipment of your parcel the next working day.
