Warranty Policy – Blush Jewels

Jewellery warranty

We provide a two (2) year warranty on all our jewellery, starting from the date of purchase.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:
  • Breakage or loss of the jewellery item;
  • Damage resulting from improper or careless use;
  • Damage caused by alterations or repairs performed by third parties;
  • Damage resulting from exposure to water or fire;
  • Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or small dents;
  • Discoloration due to high skin acidity;
  • Discoloration or damage caused by contact with water, perfume, soap, lotion, or hairspray;
  • Discoloration or damage resulting from cleaning with chemical substances.

Warranty Procedure

To claim warranty for jewellery purchased through Blush-Jewels.com, you must report the defect to us within two (2) months of discovery via info@blush-jewels.

After submitting your claim, you may return the item together with the packing slip or invoice to Lemelerbergweg 42, 1101 AM Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Blush Jewels aims to assess your claim within fourteen (14) days and to provide an appropriate solution within a reasonable time frame.

If your complaint or defect falls under the warranty, the item will, depending on the situation, be:

  • repaired free of charge;
  • replaced with an identical or comparable item; or
  • if repair or replacement is not possible, another suitable solution will be offered.

If your complaint or defect does not fall under the warranty, Blush Jewels will contact you.

To keep your jewellery in optimal condition, we recommend consulting our care instructions.

This warranty applies only to jewellery manufactured by Blush Jewels and purchased via Blush-Jewels.com.

Warranty for Accessories (Jewellery Box and Cleaning Kit)

Our accessories, namely the jewellery box and cleaning kit, are covered by a six (6) month warranty from the date of purchase.
For the jewellery box, the warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, such as a broken hinge, defective zipper, or incorrect finish.

The cleaning kit is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects, such as leaking packaging, a brush or cloth that breaks immediately during normal use, or other production defects.

Exclusions

This warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Normal wear and tear (such as scratches, discoloration, signs of use, or diminished effectiveness of cleaning agents due to use);
  • Damage resulting from improper or careless use;
  • Damage caused by contact with moisture, chemicals, or extreme conditions;
  • Damage caused by repairs or modifications performed by third parties;
  • Cosmetic changes or signs of use such as stains, fabric wear, or colour changes.

Warranty Procedure

Statutory warranty

All Blush products are covered by the statutory warranty. This means that a product must perform as the consumer can reasonably expect. The Blush Jewels warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer but is in addition to them.
